Cancellation and Refund Policy
In exceptional or unavoidable circumstances, registrants may request cancellation of their registration on or before 30 October 2025.

Approved refunds will be processed only after the conference is over
A 15% deduction will be applied to the registration fee to cover bank and processing charges.
To request a cancellation, registrants must send an email to its2025@incois.gov.in, call +91 40 23886000, or fax to +91 40 23892910. The request must include complete remittance details for arranging the refund.
